The second round of Economic Impact Payments being arriving this week. We understand your interest in determining if the direct deposit has made it to your account. However, multiple customers checking their online and mobile accounts repeatedly creates a higher-than-usual load on the system and can lead to problems accessing your accounts. To ensure that you are able to view your accounts in a timely manner, we recommend the following: 

• Login Once Daily - Check your online and mobile accounts once per day. This ensures that you can review your accounts and that others can also access their records without delay.
  - ACH transactions, including automatic deposits, are posted once per day by 9:00 AM. If you do not see your deposit by 9:00 AM, please check back on the next business day.
• Add "Deposit Alerts" - Did you know you can set up alerts when you receive deposits into your account. This is found under "NetTeller
  ->My NetTeller" and "Alerts" can be set in the second box from the top of the page. 
• Track your Payment via the IRS website - Be sure you have the latest updates and info from the IRS regarding this round of Economic Impact Payments. 
  Round Two Payment Information

Your second payment will be deposited to the bank account that was indicated on your 2019 tax return. Note that if you typically receive a paper tax refund, those checks will be mailed beginning Dec. 30.
