Newton (July 28, 2020) – Joe Warner, who joined the Peoples State Bank in 2019, was recently named Assistant Vice President at the Salem location. He brought nearly 20 years of experience in lending and branch operations with him.

 

“We have a great staff at our Salem location and Joe has been an excellent fit with our team there,” said Brett Lessley, Executive Vice President and Senior Lending Officer of Peoples State Bank. “His experience as a Banking Center Manager and across the spectrum of lending gave us no hesitation that he would transition well as an Assistant Vice President.”

 

Warner has an Associate degree in Accounting from Lakeland College and a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness Economics from Southern Illinois University. He and his wife, Gail, reside in Mason. They have two children and two grandchildren.
