After joining Peoples State Bank in 2021, Raley Ochs has settled nicely into her role with the bank. Ochs joined the Human Resources department, primarily focusing on administration and payroll. She has since taken on additional responsibilities, including work within the Trust Department.

“Raley is a wonderful addition to our team,” said Melisa Griffith, HR Manager and Chief Operating Officer of Peoples State Bank. “Her experiences and background make her an excellent fit as we continue to fine-tune our department structure.”

Ochs received a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Franklin University. She brings Human Resources experience from her previous roles, where she worked with large and varied staff groups. Originally from Richland County, she currently resides in Jasper County with her husband and two children. When not in the office, Raley enjoys running, as well as spending time outdoors with her family.
